  If you put your body through the wringer and need actual, results-driven bodywork, Balance Body Spa on Washington Street is the place to go. Between heavy Judo rounds, Muay Thai pad work, and the physical toll of running stages at competitive shooting matches, my shoulders and lower back take an absolute beating. I wasn't looking for a gentle, ambient spa day — I needed serious recovery. The facility itself is spotlessly clean, quiet, and professional. I booked a deep tissue/Tuina session, and my therapist was fantastic. She had an intuitive knack for finding the exact knots and tension points in my back and arms without me having to guide her. The pressure was firm, consistent, and extremely effective at releasing deep, stubborn muscle fatigue. The whole process from booking to walking out the door was seamless. If you need a therapist who understands how to work out serious tension and keep you performing at your best, I can't recommend them highly enough.

  Very bad service with Kiki, she was asking high amount of tips which was not acceptable, asking cliente how much you pay tips. Super unprofessional I won't come back and won't recomend coming here. The manager should get attention your therapists.👎👎👎👎

  Very bad spa these girls are thief asking minimum tips $100 , I stood up I did not pay that tips, it was insane asking customer high amount. What kind of business of this? Specially Nicole saying we need to pay our boss hospitality $50 and for us only tips from the customer, that was not my problem. I won’t come back and don’t waste your money here. Your boss needs to know about that.
