Nyiesha and another (male) employee recommended a conch piercing based on my wants, healing concerns, and existing piercings. I was lucky that things were slow at the moment so I received great, personable service. The actual piercing (with Nyiesha) was professional, quick, and clean, and 3 days later, healing seems to be coming along well. I’m also really happy with the conch piercing. I knew I wanted a cartilage piercing but was super hesitant about that area. But they were totally right about that being the best starting point. Thank you for a great experience! I’m so happy with my piercing.

Samanta & Sarah were so nice and accommodating, they answered all of our questions and provided us with recommendations along the way. The piercings were done hygienically and there was very minimal pain. Sarah made sure to make us feel comfortable and talked us through each step. I left with a beautiful forward helix (in picture) and new lobe and my sister decided on a flat helix. I highly recommend them both for your next ear piercing experience!
