  Very rude, un professional when you ask a question they don't know anything. Book a appointment at a certain time, but they book the appointment without notiy me all lot of young unprofessional workers they have you on hold a long time too.

  Had a wonderful experience! The Beauty Advisors were very patient, and helped me figure out what I was doing right and wrong when layering makeup products.

  Had a really unfortunate experience, where i ordered pickup at this location, it got cancelled for being “out of stock”. Was already in the area so i went in person to ask, and was told the store doesn’t even carry the item. I ordered the item online for same day delivery, and it also got cancelled. Later today, saw the same item back in stock online so I went back to the store because I needed the item today, asked one attendant who also said they don’t have the item, but they checked with another girl who brought us over to the section that had it but said they’ve were out of the item after checking in the back. I then tried to order it for pickup since it was allowing me, and tried same day delivery again. Went to another location in the meanwhile, and ended up with both the same day delivery showing up from this exact location and the in store pickup “ready for pickup” despite being told that it was not in stock multiple times through both cancelled orders and by staff in store. Very annoyed by the experience

  This Sephora was packed but a beautiful young girl Erika was incredibly helpful. I can be awkward in conversations but she made me feel comfortable and confident in taking my first steps in the skincare world. Very bright girl, very energetic and fun. Store’s lucky to have her!

  I rarely write reviews, but I felt like I had to this time. I’ve been to the Sephora at the Prudential Center many times, and the associates are generally okay, but my experience on 04/13 was amazing. I have to give a big shoutout to Nicole from the Prada stand. She went above and beyond to not only help me, but to create a full experience. She was so sweet and extremely helpful with all of my questions. I originally went in looking for a different foundation, but she took the time to explain the Prada foundation in detail, and she was absolutely right. I ended up purchasing it, and I love it! She shade matched me, helped me try it on in store, and made the whole process very enjoyable. There was also a promotional gift with purchase at the time, and she made sure I received it, which I appreciated. She even took a Polaroid photo of me, which was such a thoughtful touch. Even after I was sold on the Prada foundation, I needed help finding other items, and she gladly continued assisting me. Nicole was amazing and Sephora is lucky to have her.
