- AＹＥ ＺＨＡＮＧMay 3, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location today. One of the staff members was extremely rude and dismissive during checkout. When I pointed out that her attitude felt disrespectful, she responded with “that’s just how it is,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. She also blamed me for entering my phone number incorrectly in a rather accusatory tone, instead of trying to help resolve the issue. What made this worse was that when I brought this to the manager, no effort was made to address the situation or offer any resolution. I usually expect a much higher level of customer service from Sephora, so this experience was very disappointing and left me feeling disrespected. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and customer interaction.
