  I visited MAC Back Bay today and had a very disappointing experience with Allison J. She was dismissive, unwelcoming, and did not explain the lipstick promotion professionally. Instead of simply clarifying that the discount applied only to full-size lipsticks, her response came across as rude and condescending. I also noticed her interacting much more warmly with a white customer who entered after me. The contrast made me feel singled out. I hope management addresses this and ensures every customer is treated with the same respect.

  This review is for the tall male employee at this store. I have been a loyal customer of MAC products for over 20 years now (spent thousands of dollars in my life) and the male employee at this store made me feel extremely not welcomed (immediately judged?!). I couldn’t wait to leave the store. I suggest the business managers hire sales associates who like and enjoy the job of selling products to customers (at least not with a frown, perhaps even with a smile?), because as a loyal customer who generally loves MAC products, I could not wait to leave this store and frankly won’t go again and rather buy online. Horrible, unwelcoming, judgmental experience. No wonder this store is ALWAYS empty.

  I got my makeup done for prom by Roberto and let me tell y’all he SNAPPED !!! At first I was scared to get a full face but he knew what needed to be served and didn’t disappoint <3
