I have been a loyal customer of MAC products for over 20 years now (spent thousands of dollars in my life) and the male employee at this store made me feel extremely not welcomed (immediately judged?!). I couldn’t wait to leave the store. I suggest the business managers hire sales associates who like and enjoy the job of selling products to customers (at least not with a frown, perhaps even with a smile?), because as a loyal customer who generally loves MAC products, I could not wait to leave this store and frankly won’t go again and rather buy online. Horrible, unwelcoming, judgmental experience. No wonder this store is ALWAYS empty.
