- PPPreethiJun 11, 20265.0Essence was really great and made my visit so easy and pleasant. She was super welcoming from the moment I walked in and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. She knows the products really well and explained everything in a simple, helpful way. I actually just came in to look around, but because of how helpful and kind she was, I ended up buying . The store is cute, but honestly what made the experience stand out was Essence. She was friendly, patient, and really knew what she was talking about. She’s the best.

She was so knowledgeable patient and kind walked us through the shower oil and the after shower body oil we ended up purchasing due to her knowledge on the products and patience with us!!!! Loved her so much highly recommend.

The store was busy but the sales associates made sure I found the items I needed and spent time carefully wrapping the gifts, which I appreciated. I had such a great experience that I’ve returned to purchase some personal items. On one occasion, I left an item at the store and the sales associate ran after me in the Copley Mall to return it! The high level of customer service and kindness of the sales associates has made me a repeat customer at this location.
