  i stopped into this store almost a year ago when visiting boston. i got such amazing service and skin help and they told me to call if i ever wanted help purchasing online. today i called and Hailey helped me so much!!!! she listened to my specific skin concerns and recommended products to me that would be well suited for my specific skin. such a gift to get your wisdom and help AND natural skincare products! thank you!!

  I received the best customer service from Mads today! She was so helpful. I was on the hunt to get my fav sunscreen Minu, and her store was one of the last stores in Boston to have them. She was so helpful, and even recommended a similar product (Iris&Romeo’s Weekend Glow) for the future. She also called another Boston store for me to check on their stock. She went above & beyond to help me and was so friendly and personable. I so appreciate her help. I have always loved the city of Boston and Mads is a true representation of caring the people there are. The best customer service I have ever received. And it goes without saying I am a huge fan of Credos products. Now more than ever I want my actions to have a positive impact, and the products here share my values. The ingredients are good for my skin and the brands work to use minimal plastic and no excess packaging. I also love their Pact recycle program. Thank you Credo!

  I had such a great experience here today. I needed a refresh for my makeup routine and what worked for me going back to work with a new baby. As much as I tried with colors I never got it right, but also since I did have some products that would work for me at home didn't feel " sold to" just helped and educated, questions answered.   Always a pleasant experience. The ambiance of the shop always makes me feel relaxed. I stopped by to refill my soap bottles yesterday and didn't realize how sticky/dirty my bottles were. The staff member assisting me didn't mind at all and pleasantly cleaned + refilled. Thank you!

  I’ve found some gems here, specifically the Laurel line of products. Knocking one star off due to price, but overall a lovely little spot with great, natural options. Be sure to try out the “everything” refillable soap if you live in the area!
