  Credo on Newbury street is fantastic. Every employee is so knowledgeable and helpful. Hayley takes one look and picks the perfect color and product for my daughters. Shayna is also super knowledgeable about each product and the small differences in skin sensitivities, and gives an amazing express sculpting facial. Margaret was able to pinpoint exactly what my daughter needed to fix her flare up and it calmed her skin down in 24 hours. Highly recommend the Newbury street location.

  I had the best experience at Credo. I have come here for years and I have never had anything but a fantastic experience. I always leave with a product that is truly matched for my skin texture and color. I recommend this store for any person with any skin care or makeup need. Shayna, Hailey, and Margaret helped me today and were all very knowledgeable, helping guide me to the best products and colors.

  I can’t say enough great things about this store. From the beautiful space to the outstanding team, Credo Newbury has become a must-visit on my shopping days in Back Bay and a true staple in my skincare routine. Hayley and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and always know what will work for my skin—and what won’t. It amazes me how they’re able to tailor a routine to each client and still remember everyone when they come back, especially considering how many people they help every day. I always feel genuinely seen and well taken care of, never pressured into buying something I don’t need. Shopping here is always a clean, easy, and fun experience. I couldn’t recommend Credo Newbury more!

  I went in to refresh my makeup for a busy event season this summer, and Becca was beyond helpful. I had a list, and very little make up experience, and Becca pointed me in all the right directions. Fantastic experience!

  Mads was so sweet and lovely and helped me find the perfect makeup replacement, and walked me through the different brands as it was my first time in! Every product sold is really clean and high quality, and I could ask as many questions as I needed :)) LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!
