- NHN HJul 31, 20261.0I always have the worst experience at this Sephora, there is never anyone at the register. Then I wait for someone to get there to check me out, then when do get to the front they tell me go all the way back to the front of the store to check out just so they can use their stupid mobile checkout station instead of of just cashing me out right there and then after I’ve already been waiting for just someone to come up to the register. Poor customer service and no one ever asks if I need help finding anything, maybe because I’m a guy? Idk either way not a fan so I avoid this one as much as possible, it’s just the most convenient location.

Everyone was very kind and helpful giving me great suggestions for the skin issue I'm experiencing. I felt genuinely happy with my purchase rather than sold on items that will be a waste of money.

From the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left, several employees were gathered at the front of the store talking, yet no one greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. When I finally approached a Beauty Advisor for assistance and asked if they could check whether another Sephora location had an item in stock, I was simply told “no” without any effort to help further or offer an alternative solution. As someone who works as a Prestige Beauty Lead, I understand the importance of customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer during my visit. The lack of engagement, assistance, and professionalism was disappointing and does not encourage customers to return or make purchases at this location. I hope management addresses these issues and focuses on improving the customer experience.
