- GGGianna Gomes1 day ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at Sephora. From the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left, several employees were gathered at the front of the store talking, yet no one greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. When I finally approached a Beauty Advisor for assistance and asked if they could check whether another Sephora location had an item in stock, I was simply told “no” without any effort to help further or offer an alternative solution. As someone who works as a Prestige Beauty Lead, I understand the importance of customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer during my visit. The lack of engagement, assistance, and professionalism was disappointing and does not encourage customers to return or make purchases at this location. I hope management addresses these issues and focuses on improving the customer experience.
