  I absolutely love going to First Look and seeing Kayla. Her work and work ethic are amazing and I’m always happy with the results of my disport that I get in various parts of my face. She recently added a little more lip, filler and shin filler to me, which has absolutely boosted my confidence and makes me look forward to seeing my wedding photos, even more now! I appreciate everything about the spa!

  I have got Dysport and Lip Filler from Kayla H. 3 or 4 times now….She is the best!! She pays attention to detail and is so gentle! I send everyone to her! I love the Sturbridge and Agawam locations they are both so cute and I LOVE all the girls

  Be careful with their deposit policy — they don't honor it. I paid a deposit, and during my consultation their nurse injector gave me an honest, professional assessment — she felt the treatment wasn't right for me at that time, and I'm genuinely grateful for that kind of integrity. I got written confirmation from staff afterward: "This deposit will be applied to your total at checkout." About a month later, when I tried to book a new appointment, that's when the issue came up — I was told the deposit had secretly been used for a "consultation fee" I was never informed of, and staff refused to credit it, demanding I pay a brand new deposit instead. When confronted with their own written promise, all they offered was a generic "sorry for the misunderstanding." No refund, no accountability. The nurse was great — the business's billing practices are not. I wouldn't trust them with your money.

  I had services done with Kayla who was educating others today during my appointment and I was always so hesitant to move forward with Botox, fillers, and lip fillers for years but I finally did it and I must say I am so impressed with her work! I truly love the way it all came out and how natural looking it is. So thank you and I would recommend Kayla and will continue to see Kayla for further treatments!

  This place changed my face forever. The botox injections are not for everyone. More than enough time has passed and I am still dealing with the aftermath. I have marks of where they injected and the swelling that pretty much never went away. Over time some of the terribleness faded but some of it seems permanent. It was not for me thats for sure. They were kind and it looks like a nice clean spa kind of environment. But educate yourself ladies before going in. It's simply nottt for everyone. They won't tell you this. Nor the damage that's irriversable. So again Educate yourself before going. If this and previous negative comments isn't enough to do your homework. Smh. Just read how they attack bad reviews. I am baffled. She claims every bad review as false. And threatening people. If that doesn't make you think twice. Wow Had I read these reviews my face wouldn't have issues today. This is terrible. Run ladies RUN
