  I was very impressed with Kayla! She was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She took the time to answer all of my questions, was very thorough, and never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. I love my results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend

  I have been coming to First Look Med Spa for about a year now and love it here. The Spa offers excellent service from start to finish! The staff is warm, friendly, professional, and attentive. The facility is clean, welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend FLMS for anyone looking for quality service and outstanding care. You will not be disappointed and will want to come back!!!

  I went to First Look today to have some work done, and honestly, I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. Makayla knew exactly what would look best and guided me every step of the way. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire experience. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Makayla and the team at First Look. I’ll definitely be back—Makayla is an absolute gem! 💕

  I can’t believe how unprofessional this place is. During my consultation, before even asking what I was hoping to achieve, the first recommendation I received was to see a surgeon. Excuse me? I came in looking for Botox and filler—not to be made to feel old and unattractive. To make matters worse, the owner’s response to my concerns was just as unprofessional as the consultation itself. I left feeling embarrassed and completely unheard. I ultimately went to Spa on the Green, where I received the professional, respectful experience I had been hoping for. I would highly recommend choosing a provider that takes the time to listen to your goals and treats clients with kindness and respect.
