I decided to try sephora at this location because of my sister and I 1st went to the mall in bossier only to find out they close that location down so went here. The young ladies that worked in on 6pm shift were so UNPROFESSIONAL ! They were discussing their relationship problems abd didn't even offer to help or to promote sales of any kind. They were huddled around the register like grade school girls talking about their problems. The young man did offer help. He was the only professional sales associate that had decency to actually do any work. I. My opinion you're better off shopping at Ulta or just shopping online.
