    I finally found a spa that really takes care of you! The staff is so helpful and the environment is relaxed and chill. I had a body massage with an addition of scalp massage. It was incredibly relaxing and Francesca did a SPECTACULAR JOB. I added the cbd as well and left relaxed and brand new.

    I had a great experience at woodhouse. They offer you a choice of beverage when you arrive (the hot cinnamon tea is lovely), you relax before your appointment in the relaxation room with a hot neck pillow in a cushy robe. Cicely was my masseuse and she was incredible— a perfect amount of pressure, listened to what I needed and was so kind.

    Service from the moment you walk in, until you walk out is superb! Facility is clean, ambiance is amazing. Please request Stephen. He was personable, gentle, respectful, and prioritized my needs. Even a walk in, feels like an occasion. That's how special they made my experience feel. Highly recommend.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience before I even arrived for my appointment. I booked a massage scheduled from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, costing $150. When I called to ask whether arriving five minutes late (6:05 PM) would be possible, I was told that I would only receive 45 minutes of massage time. This made no sense to me, given that the appointment ends at closing time and there would be no customer scheduled after me. What frustrated me even more was the way the conversation was handled. Rather than acknowledging my question or showing any understanding, the staff member responded in a rigid, scripted manner with no flexibility, common sense, or attempt to engage with the situation. I was simply given a rule without any consideration of the circumstances. I understand that businesses need policies, and I respect the importance of keeping appointments on schedule. However, when a customer is paying $150 for a one-hour service and is asking about a five-minute delay at the very end of the business day, some degree of reasonableness and customer care would be appreciated. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated, unwelcome, and honestly upset before my massage had even begun. Customer service is about more than enforcing policies—it is also about treating people with courtesy, understanding, and basic common sense. Unfortunately, that was completely missing from this interaction. PostScript : The deep muscle massage was relaxing. Wouldn’t recommend for serious tension/ tightness / pain.

    I’m only giving 3 stars because of literally the last part of my experience. Everyone up to the pedicure deserves 5 stars. The staff welcoming you, getting you settled, the atmosphere. So kind and amazing. My massage therapist “Blue” was incredible. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Truly everyone was so amazing up to the pedicure. My pedicure was last. I originally was getting a facial before booking and I decided on a pedicure and I regret it so much. For $70, I can’t believe what I got. No removal of dead skin. The cuticle care was so poor, I still have visible skin around my big toe that wasn’t removed. The only communication we had was if the water was ok and what color. No asking about shape of nail, anything else. My gel polish is on my cuticles, it just looks messy. I can go to a nail salon and get a way better pedicure for much less money. When she did speak, the pedicure lady was nice, but there just wasn’t anything that made it worth even $20. I really wish I got the facial instead. I didn’t notice the details until the polish was cured. I just didn’t have it in me to ask her to remove and start over at that point. Just sharing that the pedicure wouldn’t be worth it.

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Spa Arrivals

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
