I could not figure out what foundation I previously purchased, so Alexis went to look me up in the system to look at my previous purchases while Stacey continued to assist me…these ladies were great and gave excellent service. I will definitely be back there to shop

Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the shopping experience. While browsing, we felt uncomfortable due to the way we were being watched, and the cashier was unfriendly and did not greet us until the transaction was nearly over. The sale prices were excellent, but the experience left us feeling unwelcome. As an African American woman, it was especially disappointing to leave feeling this way. I hope management addresses these concerns because the products were great, but customer service matters just as much.
