  Chris was absolutely phenomenal! The whole experience from start to finish was fun, light hearted and professional! Gave a great service and even better laughs! All employees that we interacted with were so friendly! Can’t wait to come back! Got the butterfly for reference

  I cannot say enough positive things about the Magazine location. Chris has been my piercer, my jewelry stylist, my cheerleader, can I tell you that I leave Rowan feeling like a sassier version of myself EVER SINGLE TIME! Just get the darn piercing! You deserve it girl!

  I meant to write this review A LOT earlier. I went there last month to replace an earring and have my helix pierced. Brianna was the one that helped me. She did a wonderful job and the placement she recommended was perfect. She was very knowledgeable and personable which led to a very pleasant experience. Their jewelry is also super cute there. I will definitely be back! Brianna rocks!!!

  I hate businesses that rely solely on gimmicks. I’ve had so many piercings done at Rowan since they’ve opened on Magazine Street, including a tragus. To receive the tragus, you have to purchase from their store 14k jewelry, which starts at $150 and doesn’t include the piercing costs, which was fine because I wanted that particular stud either way. I decided to let it close, but I recently visited them again to have it re-pierced. I was expecting to pay just the re-piercing costs with the same jewelry I had brought a few months ago to get the tragus initially. However, sure enough, they told me that I would need to get a new piece of “sterile” jewelry from their store, which is a requirement for a new piercing. I will never come here again.

  My husband and I brought our 2 month old in this past weekend for her first ear piercing. My baby has VERY sensitive skin so we didn’t want to take her just anywhere. After lots of research, I stumbled upon Rowan & I’m glad I did. All pierces being licensed nurses was the selling point for me. All of their jewelry is hypoallergenic and contain real metals. Nurse Abrielle was professional & explained the entire process from start to finish along with aftercare. When the session was over, our baby received a super cute certificate of bravery and an aftercare kit. The facility is very clean, the staff is very professional & friendly. We are extremely happy we found Rowan.
