I am always welcomed with a smile! The staff is amazing and super helpful. I rely on them for their true opinions on the products I’m interested in. Today I got some body spray and shampoo and a couple sample of body scrub and shampoo. Sara helped me and was insightful on spring vs fall scents and super friendly. Highly recommend checking out Lush if you have never been!
- KHKaley HamiltonMay 23, 20263.0I’m a forever lush fan and I say that I frequent this store a lot but the one thing about this store is that that staff have a passive aggressive attitude almost all of the time. They take there time to greet and help but it feels like I’m inconveniencing them by asking them for help. And even with samples it SUCH a passive aggressive attitude when wanting to try something when there is literally nothing else the workers have to do but stand in the store. It won’t stop me from shopping at lush or this location but the staff needs to just chill.
