- HBH BJul 17, 20261.0Store itself is great... but the employees spend way too much time decoratively & excessively wrapping individual items only to then go and put them all in another bag instead of prioritizing the line of customers waiting to check out and get out of the store... I had one cashier, just blatantly walk away from me instead of checking me out... Then another just walked away to go make a billion samples for a couple of customers who just kept deciding, they wanted more and more samples even though I'm standing there, waiting to check out.So I could get my butt on back to work.... like, I thoroughly enjoy a pretty not rap as much as the next person.But i'm not going to sit there repeatedly requesting every little thing I can to take even more of the cashiers time...& if I were an employee, i would think that the priority should be getting.Customers checked out as efficiently as possible.Rather than wasting , time and walking away from people who are trying to get on with their day.

I am always welcomed with a smile! The staff is amazing and super helpful. I rely on them for their true opinions on the products I’m interested in. Today I got some body spray and shampoo and a couple sample of body scrub and shampoo. Sara helped me and was insightful on spring vs fall scents and super friendly. Highly recommend checking out Lush if you have never been!
