Another lady named Sara came to the phone. I told her I was calling regarding the response to my review I left on google. She asked who told me to call? I told her it stated it was the owner. She replied, “ Yeah… I do not know why that response was sent to you. I will take your name down. I have no idea.” Can I just reinforce how very unprofessional this place is. Absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed in the head spa package I purchased. The lady was nice but the service was subpar. I was expecting a good head massage with the head spa. The service lacks essential relaxing benefits. She used a brush at roots of my hair twice, and then one of those tools that scratches the scalp. These techniques were minimal. She rubbed her fingers down my neck once. I feel absolutely taken advantage of by the service. I also had in my package a facial and derma plane. It was quick and not anything compared to facials I have received before. I will not return. Hopefully this will come as constructive criticism and they will invest in training as much as they have their facility. I paid with cash and they had $1 is all in change. They had to get my change from another employee. As I was leaving the front desk staff was on her phone and never even spoke a good bye. I was not asked how my appointment was either by any of the staff. Save your time and money.
