- KHKelly Heffernan1 day ago5.0I went through some of the most stressful weeks of my life and Woodhouse saved me!!! Sohima is my girl- she gave me the best dermaplaning I’ve ever had, so thorough- she used a magnifying thing to really see all of your pores and imperfections. She is truly excellent and extremely knowledgeable. She did an amazing hydrafacial on me and LED light therapy to keep my skin happy. She actually does God’s work and put me back together! Victor did 2 massages for me and is the sweetest man. Very easy to talk to- love him!!! Andrew did 2 massages for me too and he really knows how to explore your body and get deep. Love him to pieces! I am so happy I found my spa, I will be moving to New Orleans from out of state. I’m so happy I found you guys!!!! Love you all!!!! Shoutout to Josie, Jasmine, Cheyenne and all of the other lovely ladies I came into contact with. You girls made my experience great! Thanks for all the hot chai tea and care and TLC when I was in desperate need. Thank yall and see you soon!
- SWshelita william5 days ago5.0Went in yesterday for my very first Hydrafacial Deluxe and had the best experience ever! When I arrived, I was escorted to the changing area, where I was assigned a locker with my name personalized on it. I was given a plush robe and shoes to wear, and was also offered a drink of choice. My Esthetician, Sohima, greeted me and directed me to my room. During my session, Sohima was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire process enjoyable and comfortable. She really listed to what my at-home skin routine was and gave me some valuable advice on how to optimize my routine. I was even more impressed at Sohima’s skin, the glow and no makeup. After my session, I was completely blown away at how smooth my skin was. The space is beautiful, and the whole team at Woodhouse Spa is lovely. 10/10 experience, and would highly recommend. Definitely booking again!
- SCShakeera CoxJun 24, 20261.0If I can give them 0 stars I would I made reservations for me & my mom here on Mother’s Day & because LIFE is LIFE & things happen which any human being know this I called them in advance to let them know that we wouldn’t be able to make it on time running a lil behind & the person who answers the phone tells me that it’s impossible if we cannot make it at our scheduled time we cannot come at all & that my $260 will still be with them with no services provided to us at all never signed anything stating that nothing was never discussed with me stating this & it is very unfair to keep someone’s money & they never got any type of service here no type of accommodation at all for customers nothing was offered to make things better just no understanding at all as if there not aware that things does happen out of your control you never know what may happen & me calling to let you know wasn’t enough I can see if it was a no call no show I actually communicated & still I am not satisfied very disappointed I’ll never book here ever in life!!!

The staff that I encountered were hospitable and very accommodating! Georgia was the 1st person I encountered. She checked me in with a smile, escorted me to the changing room and brought me a lavender infused neck pillow with tea and water to relax. She set the time for my day. Next I met Drew, who was amazing! He had the softest hands and he did my body scrub, massage and foot reflexology. I was so relaxed, I hated to move off the table. My last service was a facial with Sarah…another amazing service. Her touch was soft and soothing! Before I knew it, I was one second from a snore. When an esthetician makes you this comfortable, she’s good. I hated to leave her table as well. Drew and Sarah have gained a new customer and I will definitely be back to indulge in these services soon. Thanks to the staff at Woodhouse in Metairie for making my day amazing!
- JBJen Russo BattleJun 11, 20265.0It was my first time going to Woodhouse Spa. The full experience was bliss. The air is filled with the heavenly scent of essential oils. You are offered a beverage of your choice Including Mimosa our champagne. I chose the hot tea called Paris and I had some and enhanced fruit water. They offered full luxuries, though I was there just for a manicure. You are given a neck wrap that is heated in scented with delicious smelling essential oils a comfy robe and the slippers I sat in the pedicured chair for my manicure, and they turned on the massage. I closed my eyes and just savored everything. Normally I feel I must feel the space with lots of chatter... I remained silent completely enveloped by the experience. My manicure. was wonderful... So much more then a simple manicure. I had hoped to return there for salt treatment. Advertised on the internet but unfortunately, the manicurist told me that was no longer available. But there are many more treatments that are available. I will definitely be returning. Especially when I need to be truly pampered. Not just a massage or pedicare or manicure, but a blissful experience that will be beyond your expectations.

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We have age restrictions for some services and anyone under the age of 18 will require parental release before the services can be rendered. Please give us a call for age requirements. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
