My husband and I had an exceptional Swedish massage with Nico and Rashida at The Woodhouse, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was exactly what we needed. Nico’s and Rashida’s techniques were absolutely superb. They demonstrated excellent skill and knowledge throughout the entire session, using just the right pressure to address our problem areas while keeping the overall experience relaxing and therapeutic. It’s clear that Nico and Rashida are highly trained and take pride in their craft. What really set this massage apart was how refreshed and relaxed We felt afterward. The tension I’d been carrying melted away, and I left feeling rejuvenated and at ease. Beyond the technical expertise, Nico and Rashida were wonderful to talk with—the conversation flowed naturally and added to the overall comfort of the experience. If you’re looking for a skilled massage therapist who combines excellent technique with a welcoming, personable approach, ask for Nico or Rashida at The Woodhouse. I’ll definitely be booking with them again!
- SKSamantha Krause5 days ago1.0Horrible, expensive massage. I had a gift card from my husband and i booked the Swedish Body Balance massage. I paid extra and paid for 2 add ons. I wish the workers would have went over what that massage is like. It was literally like my husband was light scratching my back the entire time. I was thinking to myself when is this over. And the massager never once asked me anything like how is it. Do you like this or that. I even asked her at the end did you use the hot coals, i added hot coals, i didnt even feel them. The dry brush is stupid too i added that also. The point of a gift card is so the person will come back, i feel like if they would have educated me more being a first timer i would have def picked something diff. I have had a Swedish massage before but never ever like that. She didnt even massage my whole body. Maybe they arent all like that there but i certainly got a lousy one. I would never go there again.

Millie is experienced and wonderful in her pedicures. She goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and, besides having cute toes, you leave feeling like you had a sweet visit with a special friend. Diamond… what can I say? This massage therapist is GIFTED. If you want a massage that is not only relaxing but relieves muscle tension - Diamond is the masseuse for you! One time the pressure got a little too intense for me, but she quickly adjusted as soon as I mentioned it. Best massage I have had in a long while. I’ll definitely book with her again.

During the service, he was incredibly attentive and made sure to focus on every area we discussed. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great experience and tailoring the massage to each client. I left feeling completely relaxed and taken care of. She managed to give me deep pressure while also making it feel so good and relaxing. Not just deep painful pressure! And if youre looking for someone that can deliver a high quality scalp massage, definitely ask for her! The entire experience was sooo luxury from beginning to end. From flavored ice tea, soft robes, and a cozy relaxation room, to a fully stocked locker/changing room with a relaxing rainfall shower for after your massage. Stocked with high end shampoo and conditioner! This is the epitome of luxury relaxation!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We have age restrictions for some services and anyone under the age of 18 will require parental release before the services can be rendered. Please give us a call for age requirements. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
