  This rating is for the woman who I am assuming is the manager and that woman only. Today, she was wearing a black dress with see through sleeves and her hair was long, worn in a sleek style that went down her back. Yes, this woman is awful and if she’s the manager I feel bad for the employees. Her attitude towards both staff and clients was quite ugly. I (a customer) greeted her and she looked and didn’t respond. Then shortly after a staff member complimented her on her dress and she again, looked at the employee as if they were beneath her and didn’t respond again. Her personality and attitude is very ugly and shouldn’t be a representation or reflection of your company. Unless that’s what you want.

  I just want to take a moment to shout out Toya at MAC Cosmetics inside Lakeside Shopping Center. She has truly made such a difference for me over the past year. I’ve been dealing with a skin discoloration condition that has really affected my confidence, and honestly, it’s been tough. But every time I walk into the store and see Toya, I feel an immediate sense of relief. I already know I’m in good hands. She takes her time to really match my colors perfectly, explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and shows me how to apply everything step by step. It never feels rushed, even when the store is busy. She gives the same level of care and attention every single time, and that means more than I can put into words. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in—not just because my makeup looks great, but because she genuinely lifts my confidence. Toya has had such a positive impact on my self-esteem, and I’m beyond grateful for her. If you’re ever in the store, I highly recommend asking for Toya. She’s amazing. 💕

  I usually buy Mac online but just had such a horrible and unpleasant in store experience. Rude staff, will not be buying from them again if this is how they treat their loyal customers. The African American lady was rude, rushing us and the amount of money I’ve spent on Mac I expect better service. Instead of restocking items I have decided to switch to a brand that treats its customers better. If you like being racially profiled- shop at this store.

  I will have to state that this review is about the MAC store inside of the mall (not Dillard's MAC store). I went inside of the store on 5/27/2017 (a Saturday) and the traffic was pretty slow for a Saturday. I stood inside of the store for 12 minutes before anyone said anything to me. I was greeted by a male who asked, "do you know what you need yet?" I said," I do but I do have questions about additional products." He said, "oh okay, we will be with you in a minute." I waited an additional 8 minutes until a Hispanic lady walked up to me. I explained what I was looking for, picked out my lip colors, and she ran to 2 men that walked into the store 10 minutes after another black American woman. I addressed to her that this young lady walked in before those men and she said I will be with her shortly. The MAC consultant left me and started helping the men. I became extremely upset at this point because she did not retrieve any of my products that I asked her for. She grab everything that the men needed, did I mention 1 was Hispanic and 1 white. I placed all of the products that I had on the counter and asked for the corporate number. The 1st guy went to the back of the store like he was hiding out from the rest of the customers. This is unacceptable customer service and the past reviews all stated the same as I. Every trip that I take to the MAC store I spend $200+. They just lost a customer.
