  Recently booked both 90-min All Inclusive massage and 75-min Custom Glow facial. I always heard great things about Massage Lake Charles, but I was disappointed with my visit. The massage was OK but uneven. You don’t get a selection of aromatherapy, only two hot stones are used, and the foot treatment is just a standard foot massage followed by a hot towel wrap. Also, I didn’t realize the massage therapist was wearing gloves until the end of the massage, but it explained why the massage oil felt cold and why it didn’t feel like she was using enough of it. The Custom Glow facial was OK. I experienced no discomfort and I am still a bit unsure of the results after just one visit. The front desk area got a bit loud and you could hear the noise in the facial room, but it only lasted a minute or two. I was expecting a day spa experience, as the pricing is similar to nicer places in town, and I was disappointed.

  First massage ever was by far the best experience. The atmosphere and staff were very pleasant and inviting. I had a 90 all inclusive massage with Isaiah. He was very pleasant to be around and talk with and made me feel comfortable to be there. Definitely would recommend him and the massage place. I will be returning soon.

  Every time we visit the casino we make it a point to book a massage here. It’s amazing. From the ambiance to the heated tables to the essential oils, THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL! Love love love our massages!
