- KLKristin LegeOct 25, 20231.0I’m not one to do reviews but I’m honestly very unsatisfied with my visit this afternoon! First and foremost the customer service sucks. I work retail and I was shocked, I literally felt like I bothered them by asking a question. I went there to pick up a few products that I’ve been dying to try and can’t even enjoy them because they aren’t my shade! if you don’t know what you’re doing don’t shade match a customer period. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I knew when I walked out that the foundation would be too light. Another thing I was disappointed in was when asking for a recommendation I specifically asked for a matte finish since I was trying to steer clear of the dewy look that I’ve been having for a year, the first thing she mentioned was makeup by Mario foundation….which is known to have glitter in order to give a radiant finish… Sephora look into who ur hiring and do better these people don’t know what they’re doing
