- CBClaire BroussardJan 19, 20241.0This is the saddest attempt at a “Sephora”. Lafayette is a big enough city to have a full Sephora. Instead, we have this incredibly tiny “Sephora” that doesn’t even carry any of the trending brands. If they do, it’s a few products but typically not even the most popular product for the brand. None of that even matters though because this location NEVER has any inventory. NONE. I don’t think I have ever even purchased anything here. It’s actually laughable. I’ve only been able to use this location for gift cards and I have to travel 60 miles to the closest real Sephora when I actually need products. Soooo disappointing and annoying.

I've worked retail for years and for online orders, I know that you can only place them when there's a certain amount of items. If it shows unavailable, you can just go inside your local store and it'll probably be there-- but they won't show it available online because of the low stock. I asked someone to check if they had two items for me and they didn't even try to help. They just told me to look online. They're extremely unprofessional and I feel bad for anyone who shops here.
