My first visit there. Even though my appointment was cancelled, I spoke to Nancy about my thinning hair and I truly enjoyed my visit. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and seems to love her job that I’m excited about going back to complete my plans…

Everyone is very knowledgeable about what they do and about the products that they use and sell. Krystal is my hair stylist and she is awesome!

I was greeted and asked if I needed help by all the staff... very pleasant atmosphere. I went in with several pics and the attendant was very good at asking me questions and listening to me as to what I wanted. But, oh I am afraid there is a but.... as she was cutting my hair it wasn't really what I wanted and I was somewhat upset but the owner came over and was very helpful as to make it work. I don't really blame the attendant, she was so kind and helpful but it was just not what I had in mind. I do like my haircut even if its not what I went in for and it will get some use to and I have to say she was right..... I have been recieving alot of compliments....so I guess it all worked out. yes, I do intend to go back and get a color done. I give it a 4 star rating only cause it was alittle disappointment but 4 is good! thank you to the owner ...... Sue
