She is super nice and very professional. Due to the nature of my hair the first perm did not take. She had no problem going in to fix it and it held the second time. I am currently getting the perm redone now since the first one was coming out. I love how I can just walk in and set an appointment that works for me. I highly recommend Kiersten.

I’ve been natural 3 years and this was the first time I’ve put heat on my hair. I paid $70 for a hairstyle that I could have achieved at home? So disappointed, management said she would redo my hair free of charge but at this point I just want my money back!
