  I went in for a Silk press and this is what I got. She knew she had mess up because she took off the detangle charge but still charged me for the silk press I expressed how I felt and they told me that I had to talk to the manager which was not there at the time. So I called today to talk to the manager and she stated she had a customer and was gone call me back and never did. Look at my hair this is not even close to a silk press and as yall can see I took this picture still in the salon before left I I had to put my head rag back on before leaving because this was embarrassing My thing is if you didnt know how to handle my type of hair it should have been stated and I I could have took my $65 dollars somewhere else. The fact she thought that this was okay is ridiculous. I expect a full refund at this point now due to the lack of communication.

  Wonderful stylists. 1st time we went there, my stylist found all my cowlicks and my daughter's stylist listened when we said her hair had to be cut while dry.

  Wonderful atmosphere. The stylist are amazing. If anyone is looking for great stylist most definitely try Jc Penny's Salon.

  Tabatha gives a wonderful hair cut. She is an asset to JC Penney Hair Salon. I will definitely go back.
