  I usually don’t visit this location and today proved why. The two associates who were working today couldn’t be bothered by customers. Talking amongst each other and stocking product, but not once acknowledging any customers. I had two products in my hands standing by the register, but after both of the workers looked directly at me and said NOTHING. Not even “hi” or “did you need help with anything?” I put the items right back and left. Ugly behavior here. The other locations have friendly and helpful workers. Won’t be back!

  Customer service was very poor and unhelpful. I bought an eyebrow pencil from there and it turned out to be broken. I went back to return it and they made me wait for a full half hour. In the end, they told me I couldn’t return it because I didn’t have a receipt. At other locations, they are able to simply look up my details when I provide my email and phone number, and they can see all my information and process the return.

  Went to return amazon packages, they were very nice and quick with the return. Just make sure to remember it is no longer in the back for returns. It is at the front.

  It doesn't have the selection that Sephora has at its own shop at the mall near this one.

  I asked to redeem my birthday present and was given points rather than the present. When I expressed to them that i did not want the points they told me there was nothing they could do. Extremely upset.
