  Rebekah Rose (I am so sorry if I did not spell your name correctly 🥺) did my ombre yesterday! First ombre ever!!! I was nervous because I explained that I have not been in a salon for a while and I definitely have some damage and box dye (😱) on my hair! She was courteous, professional, and very friendly! She explained every part of the process, answered all of my questions, and even thanked me for letting her know the state of my hair so that she could work her magic and do the treatment in a way to make sure it didn’t further damage it (and it even came out softer and healthier-feeling somehow despite bleach???? GIRL, HOW?) Anyway, I can’t say enough great things about her. This lady is really talented and cool and did my hair exactly as I asked. Despite the damage I already had on my hair, she basically replicated the photo inspo I showed her. Amazing! (My photo of the result is the hair unstyled, after working with it in a bun all day - STILL BEAUTIFUL SOMEHOW - all thanks to Rebekah. 😍).

  It was an amazing experience. Kennedy was amazing. She explained everything she was doing. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. My hair was so pretty. This is the first time in a very long time that I truly love my hair. I would highly recommend the JCPenney salon!!!!!

  I’d like to give a big shout kudos to Dekeisha she wasn’t just a hairdresser she’s an Artist! She listened to what I wanted I’d like say I’ve never been happier with the CUT and highlights.So make your appt with her she rocks ..... !!!👏👏👏👏👏

  I don't know how they even keep this place open. I've been there for brow waxing they did terrible job, hair coloring and had to go back for them to fix it and still horrible and haircut for myself and didn't look like they touched it and took my granddaughter for a cut and she still has split ends everywhere. So I highly recommend no one waste there money there cause it was a different person each time so it's just not one but all that are terrible.
