  I’m not sure what the other one and three star reviews are about. Unless they just have never had IV hydration therapy before ever. But this was the best place I have ever gone to for IV hydration therapy. I’ve had IV therapy dozens of times over the years. This crew was very knowledgeable about the product explained very well. In terms of the pricing. Yes they have a $85 introductory offer but that only includes one added ingredient. Not uncommon to have to pay for added aspects and benefits. I opted for something a little more robust than the intro offer, its was significantly discounted as it was my “introductory session” so it was still very affordable. I’m familiar with hydration therapy and still came out of there with a smile on my face, a very pleasant experience and I feel awesome! I totally recommend Prime IV Hydration and Wellness in Nicholasville Kentucky if you need an awesome space to get a legit pick me up for a demanding life! Five stars all the way good job! Set in a massage chair, have ice water, snacks and ice packs, warm blankets and pillows brought to you! Come on people! This is a 5 Star set up!

  Terrible Experience — Avoid This Location at All Costs!!!! I’ve been getting an IV once a month for the last 18 months and have always had great experiences — until I visited this location. Everything that could go wrong, did, and it just kept getting worse. We were visiting from out of town and wanted to get an IV before heading home. Big mistake choosing this place. We checked in on time, but they acted like they were waiting for someone to get their life together before we could even start. We sat there for 25 minutes before they took two of the four of us back for vitals. The woman helping us moved in slow motion. Looking back, I honestly wonder if she was under the influence — she did not seem normal at all. When it came time to find a vein, she spent five minutes moving the arm band up and down six times on each arm — even my wrists — which has never happened to me before. I knew something was off. She ended up sticking me in the hand (way more painful than normal) and despite clearly seeing my vein, she couldn't get it right. She wiggled the needle around painfully until I had to tell her to stop. The second she pulled it out, blood splattered and I immediately went white and felt like I was going to pass out. I’ve had countless IVs and blood draws — never have I felt that way before. It was so bad my friend in the room rushed to my side to help and was very concerned. Shortly after she walked me to another room, gave me an ice pack, and said the manager would come check on me. Fifteen minutes later, the manager showed up — no apology, no urgency, just business as usual. She eventually started my IV herself, but by then, I already felt terrible. Unfortunately, it didn’t end there. The same nurse who butchered my IV stuck my two friends — and messed up their IVs too. One of my friends had to be stuck twice and was visibly upset by how bad it was. She was in tears by the end of it… After over an hour and 15 minute of delays, we finally got our fluids — but no one ever came in to check on us once we were hooked up. By this point, we just wanted to leave. When we went to check out, it was complete chaos. Nobody knew how to work the computer system. It felt like it was everyone's first day. They even laughed about how bad everything was, saying “this is crazy” — while we’re standing there furious. We have memberships, so our IVs should have been covered. After a long, frustrating back and forth (and calling our home location), they were told we shouldn't be charged. I heard the call myself. But they STILL tried to made us pay — acting like we didn’t know what we were talking about. At the end of this disaster, there was no apology, no accountability — just five incompetent employees behind a desk who clearly had no idea what they were doing. 45 minutes after we left I took off my bandage and was horrified. My vein was swollen, bruised, and so painful it made me sick to look at it. The bruising lasted for two full weeks. I took photos every single day as proof. Bottom line: DO NOT go to this location. If you’re considering it — run. Go literally anywhere else. This place either needs a full new staff or needs to be shut down. I’m still traumatized from this experience…

  The location is beautiful and relaxing. They’re all over the place on pricing; I purchased a $85 new client package and then was charged $199.00. I asked several times if the drip I chose was that promotion and was told yes. When I checked out I was billed a $25 Telehealth fee (there’s not a doctor on site so you have to talk to one at another site and are charged $25 for the 2 minutes) and an add-on. I won’t be back.
