His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were unmatched. Every bit of tension and stress I walked in with melted away during the session. Terry truly has a gift. He listened to exactly what I needed and delivered one of the best massages I have ever had. The atmosphere, the care, the technique — everything was exceptional. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. If you are looking for someone who is talented, professional, respectful, and absolutely incredible at what he does, Terry is the one. He has definitely gained a loyal customer in me, and I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

Then the massage got done early even though we started 10 minutes late. The manager did graciously offer 15 percent off for our time getting cut short. However, the massage was very odd I felt like I got a deep tissue and was suppose to have the Swedish and it was also very rushed because we only had a 40 minute massage. The lady I had did not even focus on the areas I needed I think she was in so much of rush she did not have time. Then the champagne was served in plastic cups and just seems that expensive of a massage should be served in something nicer. Overall, I wouldn't recommend and would go to the Omni or other locations in Louisville.

I treated myself to a 50 minute deep tissue massage and a renewal soak, and every detail was perfect. The calming ambiance, the attentive staff- they made me feel completely at ease. And with validated parking for two hours, the whole visit was seamless. It was such a treat for Mothers day- I left feeling totally at peace.

Arrive an hour early if you want to relax before. There’s also showers. The quiet waiting area has plenty of seating, complimentary treats and drinks/tea. Mollie did my facial, it was a hydration facial and it truly was the best facial I have ever had! She also massaged my neck, shoulders so well and just made the whole experience amazing! She was so accommodating. It was the best experience and I was beyond impressed. Thank you Mollie and Woodhouse Spa. I already want to book for tomorrow with Mollie! I’ll definitely be back.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Policy for Minors
So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Ages 13-17
• The Parent/Legal Guardian must be present in the treatment room to observe for the entire duration of the service.
• The Parent/Legal Guardian may not receive a service at the same time in order to oversee the minor's service.
• The Parent/Legal Guardian must complete and sign the minor's Intake Form.
• For Massage Treatments, the minor must be scheduled with a service provider of the same sex.
Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests. We do not offer services for minors aged 12 and under. For a list of services offered to minors, please contact our Spa Concierge at (502) 699-5200.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Gift Card Redemption & ID Policy
For the protection of our guests and to prevent unauthorized gift card use, all guests must present a valid photo ID when redeeming a Woodhouse Spa gift card at our location. If a guest is unable or unwilling to present valid identification, the gift card cannot be accepted or redeemed.
Acceptable forms of ID:
• State-issued driver’s license or ID card
• Passport
• Other government-issued photo identification
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards. Woodhouse Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply.
Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
