- RRRDana Rana6 days ago1.0I was receiving assistance from a Beauty Advisor named Shanika when another woman who spoke my language approached me. While I was waiting for Shanika’s response, we briefly spoke in our shared language. From that moment on, Shanika’s behavior changed noticeably. Instead of continuing to assist me professionally, she began making loud comments to other employees within earshot. Throughout my visit, she continued discussing me with multiple employees. I could hear her speaking about the situation repeatedly, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and humiliated. What concerned me even more was that the manager, Juan, witnessed part of the interaction. Despite being present, I did not see any effort to stop the behavior or address the situation. The comments continued throughout my visit. I came to Sephora expecting to receive professional beauty advice and customer service. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. No customer should feel like they are the subject of conversations among employees while shopping.

All of the employees were consumed in their personal conversations! I was shopping for several items that I will purchase somewhere else! I won’t be back!
- LGLlawliets GfMay 25, 20261.0I was at Sephora today with my friends, and an older woman with gray hair made us feel very uncomfortable by repeatedly staring at us and making rude comments. I’m not sure what her name was, and I’m also not completely sure who the comments were directed toward, but the interaction felt disrespectful and upsetting. Will not be returning.
