My review will be confusing! Sephora, in entirety, chaotic, not extremely helpful or knowledgeable and then you accidentally bump into the Armani lady. Who was more than eager to help, kind, makes you feel so comfortable and changes the whole experience. She should be training the others. Nothing like a warm, kind, person who is passionate, and makes you feel comfortable stripping your makeup off! Seriously, go see her. Left the store, made two stops and got 3 compliments on her artistry on my face!

I recently visited this store for a service and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed much more focused on selling additional products and services than on providing a comfortable customer experience. Had an appt booked only to be told it was cancelled when I arrived, the manager she could care less. After I asking for a higher up person such as a DM I was then told she was advised by her GM they were under staffed with make up artist to do any services I booked in advance. The GM who was supposedly in the back never came out to speak with me .No empathy, compassion just a group of people that day standing on the sales floor not busy at all. This is not the first time. Books are never open hardly either.

*update* customer service assisted me with store credit, with the understanding that comply with the 30 days return policy in the further. *
I bought something on-line and wasn't able to return within their 30 day return policy, due to travel and weather. They would not exchange the item for the correct one. I live a bit out of the way so I drive 45mins just for them to turn me away. They lose nothing by completing this exchange, but I'll be purchasing from a company that has more forgiving return policies.
