  We had an amazing experience at Rowan in the Oxmoor Mall! Anna helped us out and she kept it light and helped calm my little girl's nerves. We had fun picking out her earrings and took our time getting ready to go through with her first ever ear piercing. Anna and Toni helped her feel super at ease and comfortable and the piercing itself was as easy as pie. No tears! And everyone practically cheered for her after it was done! She was beeming. Definitely a core memory. The space itself is clean and bright and open. Really couldnt have asked for a better experience. Their jewelry selection is beautiful, so beautiful in fact I had to go ahead and get a piercing done myself 😂 I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a piercing, whether it's your first or not.

  We had the best experience for our daughter (age 5) today! The staff was amazing and made her feel so special and at ease, because she was a little nervous. Nurse Kay was top notch along with the other nurse for helping do them both at the same time! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on this important day!

  Anna was amazing. She was so extremely kind and supportive to my daughter who was very nervous! Thank you so much, Anna! 💜 Only took one star off because jewelry is not included in piercing prices and we were unaware until after piercing was already done, that the jewelry pricing was per earring, not per set. So we spent quite a bit more than we anticipated. Tons of people recommended Rowan and I am grateful for the recommendation since they did a great job, we just had no idea of each individual charge so I would want to let others know of that beforehand!

  I heard about Rowan from a nurse that I had met, made my appointment and was excited to go get a piercing. My excitment was turned into disappointment, I'll start by I did have an appointment, there was one person that was assisting a customer however when I walked I was never greeted, that is a big deal for me when going to spend my money at a store. I walked around for almost 10 minutes, and the worker never said a word to me, I finally asked "do I need to sign in or something, because I had been there for now 10 minutes, standing around and no one acknowledged me. The customer was getting their ear pierced, but at least acknowledge me and say "I will be with you shorlty" That was very disappointing, I was helped about 20 minutes after my appointment when another worker walked in, looked like from having a break. She was very nice and answered all my questions, very helpful, I love my piercing, but please if you have customers coming in to seek services from your store, please acknowledge them and make them feel like they are welcomed, you'd think that would be common knowledge but I guess not.

  Loved my piercing experience today at Rowan! Nurse Anna was fabulous and walked me through the best options for my needs. She recommended a needle piercing and it was so easy and painless that I was amazed. I am extremely happy that I went today, and as a walk-in no less! Everything is sterile and nothing is opened or prepared before you sit down. You pick out your earrings after you choose the procedure you want. There is a good selection to pick from and prices were reasonable. No more shooting a stud through your earlobe using a non-sanitary nail gun like the olden days of Clair’s 😆. Highly recommend Rowan for all your ear piercing needs!
