I explained I only had a small mount left and I refused to use it. She then pulled out a bottle of the limited edition soap from behind the counter!!’ & on top of that she told me it was free for me to take & offered some to my friend & it was her first time shopping at LUSH, so she was super impressed as well!! Thank you all for making my day brighter 🩷🩷 your act of kindness meant a lot! and to their managers, please know this is the best marketing possible because I have told at least 10 people this story just today and your employees are doing a great job!! 👏🏻

The employee was kind to him and showed him the slappy jelly thing he loved it my son told her this was his favorite store and gifted him some of the jelly. He has the best time every time we come in and she really gets him out of his shell. She’s always so helpful and kind every time we come in. The bath bombs he gets have never irritated his skin and always smell amazing!
