- SMSusan MtoubsiMay 12, 20261.0I want to start by saying the prices are what you would expect from a “luxury,” spa location, however does this location deliver a “luxury” experience? No. Absolutely no, they do not. You are expected to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment… it’s not an option. Also if you do not arrive at that time they will make a note in your file. What else is in this customer profile? It’s uncomfortable to imagine what other things they document in your customer file. I asked my esthetician if she had a crazy schedule the last time I was “late,” and she told me that she didn’t have a bust schedule at all. In fact I was her first appointment for the day… so then why was I called five times for my appointment beforehand? I should’ve stopped coming after that appointment but I enjoy the glacial so I scheduled again. And this time the manager seemed to enjoy telling me that they only had time for one facial and not the two I had booked. I scheduled them for 11… I arrived at 11:10am. I was told that I was actually 30 minutes late since I didn’t arrive at 10:30- the time that is used for changing and “relaxing,” I was told that it causes schedule issues for a very booked day…. So my sister went for the appointment alone, and I left. My sister then sends me a picture of an EMPTY lounge room, from the uncomfortable chair they told her to sit in. I told her to move because they won’t get to treat her like she isn’t paying the full price… so she moved to a more comfortable lounge chair. Clearly the managers have their own personal vendetta against customers that require hospitality and fair treatment. Do not come to this place if you enjoy being treated like a welcomed guest.

From the moment you walk in the door, you will be pampered and cared for, and every detail is carefully seen to. I will definitely book another facial with Kailey, who listened carefully to my concerns and explained every part of the process. I’m grateful for a relaxing and calming afternoon!

The staff are always so friendly and really cater to their client's needs. I had a body balance massage and a facial. The masseuse was amazing! The young lady who did my facial was so sweet and explained my skincare needs very clearly. She even wrote down some recommendations for a daily routine. I am thankful for the experience at Woodhouse.
- BJBrooklyn JadeApr 25, 20265.0My husband suprised me with a spa day for my birthday & of course I brought my bestie with me (my mother in law) This was both of our very first spa experiences & it was amazing, I wish I could give more ⭐ My husband booked us advanced facials I got the Hydrafacial & my mother in law got the Microdermabrasion 🧖🏼♀️ & then we both got the WH Signature Calming Retreat massages💆🏼♀️& I can't recommend WH enough, the staff was all so amazing too (They even had me a little birthday gift🥰🎁) & the staff was very helpful & I got a tour of the entire spa & the spa is clean & so beautiful. If you want a nice/relaxing day where you feel like royalty & want to leave feeling like a brand new person? This is the spa for you❣️ I can't wait to go back for the WH Signature Meditative Mood Soak🛁🧖🏼♀️🤍

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We accept guests 13 and older for most treatments; please call our concierge to inquire for our minimum age to receive specific services. Some treatments may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
