  The last 5-6 times I’ve been in store, I’ve not only been disappointed with stock, but also customer service. 3-4 months ago when I was there, they were stocking, an employee was sitting on the floor; I thought they were going to say “let me know if I can help you find something” instead she said “let me know if you need me to move.” I understand industry and customer service are shifting, but this has been fairly dramatic. So I thought fine, I’ll get what I need online? Track my order, and it bounces all over and it’s returned. I never receive a refund or anyone to reach out, other than an email stating it had been returned. I initiate a chat with customer service, I ask for the shipping to be expedited- they say it’s out of their control. My order is arriving 2 weeks late? I’m afraid Sephora used to be on the cutting edge, and now they’re what not to do. Luckily, Cos Bar is just down the block, there are several Ultas, and Credo ships wicked quick. ✌️ Rouge member since before that was even a thing.

  I understand the store closes at 6pm on Sundays, but the doors being locked prior to that is misleading. I got to the doors at 5:50 for just a one item pickup order and they were locked. When I tried to call the store it didn’t even ring.

  The young lady was helpful as soon as I walked in she went and got what I needed and I was very pleased with her politeness and professionalism I will definitely be back.

  Priced significantly higher than usual. Not much stock to choose from, even during peak holiday seasons.
