  Prime IV off Richmond Road in Lexington delivers an atmosphere that is smooth, calm, and genuinely relaxing from the moment you walk in. The massage chairs alone are almost worth the price of admission. They elevate the entire experience and make it easy to settle in and unwind. As for the long-term science and benefits, the jury is still out for me. These types of treatments really show their value over multiple sessions, so it is hard to make a definitive call after limited visits. What is not in question, however, is the quality of the staff and service. The team is extraordinarily professional, highly informative, and clearly focused on educating clients without ever feeling pushy. At the same time, they remain warm and personable. The pricing structure can feel a bit complicated at first, but the staff makes a genuine effort to walk you through options and help you get the most value for your money. Overall, a very polished and comfortable experience.

  This was my first time and I had a great experience. Staff was great and a very clean environment. Janet was my nurse and she was very kind and helpful. I will be returning.

  Enjoyed my experience here. Staff was great. My nurse was Hadlee, she was extremely professional and helpful. Atmosphere is clean, and relaxing. Will return.

  The staff was really friendly and environment with massage chairs was great. I want to call that out. It was some of the best and most pleasant and friendly staff of people I’ve seen at these types of places. A few things to just overview with folks who have not done these treatments at another PrimeIV. One, in my other IV cocktail treatments, I had a consultation with a doctor, a review, and testing done so I was aware of my deficiencies. This place does NOT do any of those things, the word consultation on the site makes it sound like it would be. In reality the consultation is just an overview of their cocktail mixes. Two I bought an intro offer on the site, but when I arrived there the intro offer was not what specified in site. Once we got there we were told that we had to pay extra for the treatments with more than one vitamin, that was not disclosed on the site, in addition we had to pay an additional 25 per person for a telegraphy consult with a doctor who asked no questions, gave no feedback and only greets us. A visit that I thought would be 170 for two people turned out to cost DOUBLE at 340 dollars. The advertising is very false and be careful of the fine print. I likely would not have come here had I known these things. Third, the staff was constantly trying to sell us the membership availability, which we did not want. Although friendly, I don’t think that’s the environment to try and upsell the product and company and did not sit well with me.
