I visited this place, expecting a normal and professional haircut experience. Unfortunately, what happened was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I have ever had.
When I arrived, my sister and her children were already there getting haircuts. I checked in normally, sat down when called, and showed the stylist a photo from my phone of the haircut style I wanted. From the very beginning, her attitude was cold, irritated, and unwelcoming.
She rushed through the haircut extremely fast, clearly acting as if she simply wanted to finish as quickly as possible. As any customer naturally would, I occasionally looked toward the mirror to see how my own haircut was turning out. Instead of behaving professionally, she suddenly stopped and spoke to me in a rude and sarcastic tone, saying that I should stop moving my head and that I was “confusing” her.
I stayed calm and respectfully explained that I have every right to look at my own haircut while it is being done because it is my hair and my appearance. A minute later, she sarcastically responded that this was supposedly “the first time” anyone had cared enough about their haircut to keep checking it.
That level of disrespect was unbelievable.
After she finished — and after I paid normally without causing any scene — I simply explained to her again that of course people care about their own hair and appearance, and that checking a haircut during the process is completely normal behavior.
Instead of ending the situation professionally, she then insulted me to my own sister after I was already leaving the store, calling me “rude.” When I heard that and responded verbally from the doorway, multiple employees immediately escalated the situation further by yelling at me to leave the building and treating me as if I had done something outrageous simply for defending myself after being insulted by staff.
At no point did I threaten anyone or become physically aggressive. I was a paying customer who expected basic professionalism and respect.
This location seriously needs management review, customer service retraining, and employees who understand how to communicate with people respectfully instead of provoking customers and insulting them behind their backs.
I would also like to know where an official complaint can be filed regarding the behavior of this location besides leaving an online review, because this experience was completely unacceptable.

Worst haircut I ever received in my 56 years… I was called back and I told her I wanted a A symmetrical bob… she had no clue or didn’t care.. 7 minutes to chop … then wet it down and sent me out the door… I blame not her or the chain but cosmetology for giving her a license to destroy peoples hair it will take me a year to grow back what she chopped off in 7 minutes

Had hair down my back when I walked in asking for 2 inches cut off and would maybe do more if it needed 3 due to my ends being damaged. I left with hair up to my shoulders. I just don't understand how this happens. The stylist didn't ask how I felt she rushed to the front and began to check in another client so I just paid and left. I can't see well because I'm visually impaired and had to take my glasses off during the cut. It was devastating.

Highly Recomend! Ashley was my stylist the staff all very friendly and professional.
I went to a name brand high end salon today and needed it fixed. The cut was very uneven in alot of places and not layered or angled corectly. I went to Great Clips just wanting to get it even (it was very noticeable) Ashley knew exactly what to do she went above and beyond her technique and precision of cut and the layers all exceptional work.
She was very professional.
The cut was a above shoulder layered cut angled bangs, curly hair!
