  Bought our 'Couples 75-Minute Deluxe Body Massage with Hot Stone Treatment' via Groupon. Nobody was at the front-most entrance & the lights were off (we weren't sure we were in the right location), you had to walk through a curtain doorway to get to the spa. The back/main parlor had all the lights off, so I couldn't tell you if it was dirty or clean; same with the couples room, but it seemed tidy in there. There was a dirty sheet on the floor in the bathroom. They asked zero questions about preferences, like focus/no-go areas nor did they ask if we preferred Swedish or deep tissue. They also didn't ask about lotions or oils. Turns out they only use a baby oil, so it was fine if you have sensitive skin, but i would have preferred a pick in aromas or something. The 'ambient music' was on a 40-second loop; sounds very picky, but the same bird chirp every 40 seconds over 75 minutes is not relaxing. I should have asked to see their licenses (according to Google, "Cozy Spa and its staff are legally required to hold specific licenses and certifications to operate and provide massage services in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Under state and local laws, both the establishment itself and the individual practitioners must meet strict regulatory standards.") It would surprise me if they both were licensed considering the direct-to-bone massaging we experienced. The hot stones were a nice touch, but they only lasted 5 min, maybe. One of them took a call to book another appointment during our time. We were the only people there aside from the 2 staff, but we paid for our time, which should go uninterrupted. I could hear a show or podcast either through the walls or ear pods -this mixed with chewing gum wasn't my cup of tea when trying to relax. They short-changed our time. Perhaps there's wiggle room to include undressing/dressing in your 75 minutes. I was under the impression it would be 75 minutes of massage -it wasn't. To top it all, the older lady who walked us out all but demanded a tip. My husband is generous and naive, but this should be something earned, imo.

  I’ve been here several times with my partner, and every experience has been fantastic! Everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it comes to scheduling. The massages are always amazing, never feel rushed, and you receive the full session time. My partner gets the deep-tissue massage and says it’s one of the best in town. I highly recommend this place and will definitely continue coming back!

  Yall this is by far the best experience I’ve had getting a massage! I drove 30 mins from Clarksville and it was so worth it! I booked an appointment and was seen the same day, when I checked in I just showed her my code and it after that was total relaxation absolutely no worry what so ever. The ladies who took care of me and my cousin made us feel so comfortable I wish we had gotten a longer session 🥹🥹
