  Laney did an amazing job and got my hair perfect! I wanted a new style - a bob with blunt ends. She was able to create a style that was uniquely fit to my features and is very flattering. I will definitely be back!

  I had never been to this salon before today. I looked at a bunch of different places because I was planning a pretty big change to my style and was very nervous about the cut and highlight. I normally never let anyone mess with my hair, I’ve always done it myself. Emily, my stylist, was not only extremely knowledgable but most importantly to me, understanding of my anxiety. She took her time and explained everything she was doing step by step. I could not be more impressed with her professionalism, expertise, and care. She is fantastic, I was so lucky to have found this place, HIGHLY recommend ❤️

  I had my very first appointment at Zoe Grace Salon today, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Emily went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease throughout my entire appointment, taking the time to listen to what I wanted, answer my questions, and make me feel like more than just another client. As someone with thick, curly hair, finding a stylist who understands my hair and makes me feel confident has never been easy. It’s something I’ve struggled with for years, and walking into a new salon can honestly be intimidating. But the second I sat in Emily’s chair, I knew I was exactly where I was supposed to be. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me love my hair. When I looked in the mirror at the end of my appointment, I didn’t just see a great haircut—I saw someone who felt beautiful, confident, and like herself again. I walked out smiling, and that’s a feeling I haven’t experienced after a salon visit in a very long time. Zoe Grace Salon feels like so much more than a salon. It feels like a place where people are welcomed, cared for, and celebrated. It gave me a sense of belonging that I wasn’t expecting, and that means more than I can put into words. Sometimes it’s about so much more than hair—it’s about how someone makes you feel, and Emily did exactly that. Thank you, Emily, for making my first visit so special and for helping me feel confident in myself again. I am incredibly grateful to have found Zoe Grace Salon, and I can honestly say I have found my salon. I already can’t wait for my next appointment, and I’ll be recommending Zoe Grace Salon to anyone looking for an amazing experience, especially my fellow curly-haired girls! ❤️

  I moved to Fort Mitchell a bit ago and was looking to find a new go-to salon. Zoe Grace Salon is 100% that place! I had the best first experience. Hannah Smith did my haircut and was AMAZING! So intentional + really wanted to make sure I got what I came in for. She was also just a joy to chat with and made me feel super comfortable the whole time! I really appreciate the time she took to get the cut right + how I didn't feel rushed at all. I will be a repeat customer from here on out!

  I gambled on trying Zoe Grace Salon for the first time for a significant hair cut. You know what I mean. It’s never easy to try a new salon. You just don’t really know what to expect and you’re taking your chances. But, I just moved to the area and desperately needed “the big chop”. 5+ inches needed to go as I grow my colored brunette out and embrace my salt and pepper. So, I took a chance on Lainey as she had availability on the day/time I needed. She took the time to listen to my hair story and understand my goals. She gave me a long overdue conditioning treatment and added an eyebrow tint. But most importantly, she was patient with my anxiety about such a big change and rather than cut too much, she took it slow and asked my opinion about length every step of the way. Rather than cut what she thought needed to go, she cut according to my comfort level. Do I still have old color that still needs cut? Yes. Did I find someone who listens to my needs and wants to help with this big transition? Yes. I gambled and I won! Highly recommended!
