- SWSarah WilliamsJul 31, 20261.0Valerie absolutely chopped my hair. For a “master stylist” with 27 years of experience, I expected at least a good cut. The color is fine but not what I asked for at all. Services were added on that were not discussed. $210 for absolute crap!!!
- EBEric BrownJul 28, 20261.0Scheduled an appointment for my daughter and received a cancellation EMAIL 10 minutes prior to the appointment time after I was already there. This should have at least been a phone call— I was already in the parking lot. Unacceptable.

She highlighted my oldest daughter’s hair and it looks amazing. She got so many compliments at school and her confidence is boosted! 10/10 would recommend!
