- AWAshley WhiteheadMay 8, 20261.0I paid $192.00 for my hair service and left extremely upset and disappointed. I specifically did not want money pieces in the front of my hair, yet I now have two bright orange pieces framing my face. When I was asked what I thought about the result, I honestly stated that I did not like the front of my hair. I was then told I could use purple shampoo, which is unacceptable considering the amount I paid and the fact that the color was not what I requested. I have a large family and do not often get the opportunity to spend money on myself or have my hair professionally done. After finally treating myself, I left the salon in tears because I have never been this unhappy with a hair service before. I was asked if I wanted my hair fixed because the salon was closing at 7:00 PM. Of course I wanted it fixed, as the front of my hair is orange and now needs to be redone.

The lady styled it curling into my face, it looked okay, I was in love with the shoulder length after years of long hair. I later straightened it and realized the layers are horrible. My hair has two layers that definitely doesn't flow.
