  Timirie did a great job cutting and coloring my hair. I get a lot of anxiety when anyone cuts my curly hair. She is very kind and knowledgeable. I will def be back for regular maintenance. Thank you:)

  I asked for layers for my curly hair and the top to be dyed blonde with a bit of my natural color showing through. Not one layer other than a small piece that was cut by my bangs. The rest was straight across. They put highlights in my hair instead of dying it. I thought it was a different technique. No not even close to the color or contrast I asked for. The salon won't fix it and they won't refund the money for the coloring. They refunded $37 out of $240 for half of the haircut cost. I have no problem paying someone for quality work and give good tips but I don't think I should have to pay for someone not giving me good service. The stylist was too inexperienced and should never of been left to work on curly hair on her own. Shame on the owner for not doing better with training and supervision. I never set up my appointment knowingly incorrect as the owner states. I never told her that or did that. I'm not sure where that's even coming from. But it's a flat out lie. I've had my hair done this way many times and they never did highlights. I didn't want highlights as on curly hair I've found they don't show up that well and I wanted a noticable difference. I take ownership by not reading the terms and conditions. Apparently you can do a poor job then just refuse to refund whether the person is happy or not. What A way to run a business. I never got the consult form. Regardless if it was sent or not I never got it and I thought I communicated well enough we the stylist what I wanted. Literally no one can tell anything was done so that doesn't go along w me asking for a noticable difference. I don't have a cosmotolgy license but I know how others have done my hair in the past. The stylist either didn't understand or wasn't listening as I even mentioned I didn't think it would show up doing foils. You guys dropped the ball and now your trying to blame the customer even pulling out blantant lies to justify no refund. That's fine I've already contested w my bank and will be filing with the BBB. I shouldn't have to pay twice to get what your stylist should of gotten right the first time. You shouldn't of allowed her to work on curly hair she is not ready. At the prices you do expect the person to still provide the services. It's like I went to a beauty school and took a chance on the outcome. She should of known how to do what is a pretty basic request. And the layers please explain why she didn't put any layers in? She snipped one curl which sticks out weird now and that's layers? No your stylist was too inexperience you should of been supervising her and she should of had more training. I didn't book anything incorrectly on purpose and it's an insult that you would flat lie about that. You have just made yourself look like a bad business owner. I never dictated your prices or practices. Trying to blame the customer for your shoddy works is unprofessional.

  Shay did a beautiful job with my hair! She gave me the highlights and dimension I was looking for. She also put me onto some great styling tools that have been absolute game changers in my styling routine!

  Bryant did the most amazing job on my hair! She was so helpful with figuring out exactly what I wanted and asked so many questions to make sure she got it perfect! She gave me the hair of my dreams and I’m obsessed with her

  This past weekend was my wedding and i had Haylee aa my makeup artist my makeup was perfect. We work on this for months, we did two trials and she always listen to me and she NAILED!!!!. I was so worried for nor being able to look they way that I wanted but she make sure to archive my dream makeup. She is amazing and I dont think that I will be going with anyone else for any other event, she got my business for live! And Lauren was in charge of my hair. We have to change a few things in the spot and retouch my curls. And they held all night. She did an incredible job!. She make sure that I was I love with my hair and work things for me, her and Haylee made our day even more special. I COULDN'T PICTURE ANYTHING ELSE!. I was stressed and overwhelmed for everything and she make sure that I was in love with my hair. She deserved a raise!
