  I first went to Nimisha in 2018 -she was always just exceptional work. She creates a relaxed environment and she’s very efficient. She is taking care of my waxing, but I’m going to try individual lashes next. I highly recommend her.!!

  I came to Nimisha and received amazing service. I got eyelash extensions and full face threading with eyebrows that look amazing. Definitely recommend her services.

  Nimisha forces people to give five-star reviews and write positive feedback about her, but her actual service is extremely unprofessional and unethical. She applied wax above the knees even though we asked for waxing only below the knees, and then she did not even care to remove the wax she had put there. She literally sent my friend home with wax still stuck over her thighs and said that because it was above the knees, she was not going to remove it and that we should use baby oil at home to get it off ourselves. When we spoke to her about it, she actually told us that we could buy baby oil from the Dollar Store for one dollar, bring her the receipt, and she would reimburse that one dollar. This was her solution instead of simply removing the wax she left behind. Completely careless, rude, and unacceptable behavior for someone claiming to provide a professional waxing service. Afterward, my friend’s thigh was visibly red and irritated. Leaving a customer with wax stuck to legs is absolutely disgraceful customer service. Based on our experience, I would never recommend her services.
