Best customer service I've ever had in my life, and the products felt wonderful! I'm definitely coming back!

She knew exactly which Lush videos we were talking about and showed us the products right away! She made lots of good recommendations based on our personal experience with scents and various cosmetics. She demonstrated how to properly use each of the products and talked through pros and cons of which one would be the best match for us! So helpful! She even directed us to downloading the app for a small discount, which my fiancee had already downloaded after seeing the TikTok videos. Madi was so knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us with getting the perfect products for us! All in all we will absolutely be returning to Lush and specifically to this store!!

But came in with my birthday girl/little bath bomb diva. I was in love with the store. I can't say enough about the store employee, Delaney. Delaney saw my daughter and I walking around clueless, and she didn't let that last long. Delaney asked if she could tell me about the products. I said yes, of course. She gave my bath bomb diva the whole experience and talked with my daughter. It was a very wholesome interaction to see. I stayed because of the interaction from start to finish. I will be back at the store, and it's only because of Delaney.
