  Grace was an angel! I typically hate makeup shopping, but she made it so nice! Answered all my questions and I was in and out of there so quick!

  I have shopped at Sephora for many many years but my experience on 4/25 has me thinking of NEVER shopping here again. The store manager G watched me the entire time I was shopping and I even noticed him speaking on the walkie talkies they wear while looking at me! After checking out, I did some additional shopping in the area and decided that I would return a few of the things I purchased because I found something comparable for a lesser price. When at the counter making the return I noticed G standing by as the lady Amin was scanning the products. The lady started opening the items that I was returning one by one, she took the lids off, smelled the plastic, dabbed them for moister and checked the seal. I asked her what was she doing and she responded that they have to check the product before returning them to she shelf. My response was, “I’ve never experienced this.” After she checked and rechecked, she finally completed my return. I then asked to speak to G the store manager and he explained that this is the new policy Sephora has put in place because people are stealing/ emptying the products and filling them with water or rocks. So they are now required to confirm that she purchases weren’t made to steal the contents. I have never heard this before nor have I experienced this at any Sephora but I will NEVER EVER step foot in this store again. I was so embarrassed when the cashier was checking and shaking the items. Then for the manager to watch me, instruct and support foolishness!!! Yea I’m done with this store and went back to my car to get the remainder of what I originally purchased, and returned everything!

  Great experience! The staff was very helpful and it wasn't too crazy during the semi-annual sale.

  I agree with other reviews that nobody greeted me at the door and, in fact, I was kind of ignored by the sales associates. Personally that’s fine by me, but if you’re sensitive to that, just know that going in. HOWEVER it was very busy and I did see other people getting the help they needed. I also did end up asking for help from Olivia and they were very lovely and got me what I needed.
