  I wanted to reach out because I’m honestly really frustrated with my recent experience. I drove about 40 minutes to your store, only to find the doors locked with no notice, no sign, nothing. That’s a huge inconvenience and just really disappointing, especially for someone who has been a loyal customer for years. On top of that, I recently found out you let go of the best manager you’ve had in the 7+ years I’ve been coming in. They were always knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience better every time I visited. Losing someone like that really says a lot, and not in a good way. I’ve spent roughly $12,000 a year at your store, but between the lack of communication and the way things seem to be going, I won’t be supporting this store anymore. I just wanted to share my experience and how disappointing this has been. And the fact that they have paused their Facebook page after this horrible mistake says a lot.

  I recently found out that Morgan is no longer the store manager—or even employed with SalonCentric—and it’s extremely disappointing. She was one of the best employees this store had, always going above and beyond for stylists and providing exceptional service. To make matters worse, I drove to the Lawrence location on Friday for supplies, only to find the store closed with no warning or communication. That level of disorganization is unacceptable for a company of this size. Due to these issues, I will no longer be spending money (10,000 to 15,000 yearly). here and will be taking my business elsewhere. This situation needs serious attention, and bringing Morgan back would be a step in the right direction.
