  Exceptional customer service! It was my first visit and they were very thorough of what was going to happen and help me choose which vitamins and supplements I wanted added into my IV. The zero gravity massage chair is out of this world! They ended up giving me a cold ice pack and I just fell asleep for an hour! Came in on a promotional and left with a membership because it was so good!

  10/10. Felt miserable from all the traveling ive dont this year. Staff was awesome from start to finish. Felt like royalty. Signed up for a subscription no problem. Excited to make this part of my routine.

  Great experience! Very calming and friendly environment. I felt well taken care of and everything was explained to me. I'm very happy with my first treatment I feel zero pain and im very relaxed. Im already planning my next treatment.

  I had the BEST experience at Prime IV Hydration & Wellness Spa Zionsville from the moment I walked in! ✨💧 Right away I was offered refreshing flavored water and a hot towel that smelled absolutely amazing like eucalyptus 🌿🧖‍♀️ Such a relaxing spa-like touch that instantly made me feel calm and welcomed. The entire environment was spotless, comfortable, peaceful, and honestly felt luxurious without being intimidating. One thing I REALLY loved was the privacy. They brought me into a private consultation room where we talked about my health goals and what I personally wanted out of my IV therapy. Then they actually started my IV in private too. That meant so much to me. I used to go to Restore wellness where you’re sitting out in front of everyone discussing personal things while people next to you are getting IVs started, blood squirting, chaos everywhere 😳 and I hated that experience. Prime IV was the complete opposite — calm, professional, private, and personal. My nurse was AMAZING! 💙 She made the IV completely painless and kept talking to me and getting to know me during the process so I wasn’t even focused on the tiny pinch. Everything was explained so thoroughly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in what I was receiving. Then came the massage chairs… WOW 😍 Those chairs are an absolute GAME CHANGER. The rollers on the feet and calves felt incredible. Sitting there for about 40 minutes while getting my IV was pure bliss. Between the hydration, relaxation, massage chair, and calm atmosphere, it honestly felt like the ultimate wellness reset. The next day I woke up feeling SO refreshed, energized, and clear headed ✨ I also slept AMAZING that night, which was an unexpected bonus! I purposely didn’t sign up for the membership right away because I wanted to make sure I truly felt a difference first… and now I can confidently say I already booked my next appointment AND I’m signing up for the membership 🙌 I’m so excited to start this wellness journey for myself because this experience exceeded every expectation I had. Highly recommend Prime IV Zionsville if you want a true wellness spa experience and not just “an IV place.” 💧✨
