  FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO! My wife and I booked a couples massage here for an hour and a half. This was the most unprofessional, awkward, unsanitary, and uncomfortable massage I have ever received. When we arrived the woman did not verify nor ask who we were, she just herded us to a backroom. Without asking any questions for first time customers about problem areas or preferences we were told to undress and lay down. The massage tables weren't covered with a proper sheet or headrest pillow covering. When the "technicians" came in I was literally told and I quote, "I just feel your body and it tell me what to do. I no need you to tell me." Multiple times throughout the service (because I cannot in good conscience call it a massage) the lady serving my wife left the room to do who knows what. During the massage they would talk, in a different language no less, then begin to laugh and snicker. At least three times during my service the lady climbed on the table WITH me. When we were flipped over they both produced "pillows" for us to lay on. These pillows looked as if they came off grandma's old bedroom furniture. When we were paying they tried to persuade us to leave a 5 star review on Google by bribing us with a discount on a service next time as if we would EVER return. I don't know who is going to this place leaving positive feedback but it is a LIE! I could give a better massage and I'm not licensed although I'm positive they aren't either. Trust me, avoid this place at all cost.

  Im usually not one to write reviews.. but this wasn’t very pleasant. I went in for my appointment, she confirmed how many minutes I had booked for. Took me into the room, didn’t say a word and shut the door. The first 10 or so minutes she was massaging through the sheet which wasn’t very comfortable, and then finally she pulled the sheet down, and then pulled down the back of my pants ( a little too far if you ask me.) but I’m assuming it was so she didn’t get oil on my pants which I appreciate. I told her I had a knot in my neck/shoulders so she did focus most of the session in that area. Around the middle of the session she stepped away from the table and says “Hot stones” but didn’t give me a heads up so I said “what??” Then she put them on my back and said “it’s okay.” They weren’t too hot, just caught me off guard. When I went to pay, my total was $55 as I was told prior, and I told her I wanted to leave a $5 tip. I wasn’t very happy with the massage or the experience so I didn’t feel it was necessary to leave more. She handed me a pencil and paper and kept telling me to write my total down. I told her the total should be $60 ($55+$5…=$60). She typed $65 into the machine and I kept telling her no, $60. She turned the machine towards me and had me type in my own total. Now I’m an honest person, but if she got the wrong person they could have easy undercharged themselves because she trusted the customer to type in their total. There was a language barrier for sure, but she was kind of pushy and a little bit rude. I probably won’t be back.

  We had a couples massage and it was exactly what we needed. Fen was great and did an amazing job. I have back pain normally and this helped so much! We will definitely be back!
