    Waste of time. They are out of stock of soooo many products and the employees are not attentive at all.

    This was my first time at this Sephora. As soon as we started walking around the store and testing products, I noticed an employee kind of hovering around us for a little bit. At one point, she even asked another male employee to come to ask to ask “if we needed help” but really he was just trying to see what we were doing. I felt weird because there were so many other people shopping there yet we were the only ones that felt like we were being “watched”. I felt racially profiled and I’ve never had that happen to me before in my life. I also had my one year old with me, he was just holding one of the testers they have at the store and the male employee said “oh don’t touch that” to my one year old. Are you kidding me? The testers are literally there for everyone to touch and try on! These employees lack basic communication skills and basic customer service skills. Please do better Sephora! Also, I will be forwarding a copy of this review and all the other negative reviews that this store has received to the executives managers.

    camilla is amazing. very knowledgeable & helped me through trying to get rid of the dry spots on my cheeks where makeup won’t lay down. i have never had someone take so much time on me to help & it was really refreshing. thank you.

    I had never been to this location specifically, when I walked up to the store today around 2:45, a woman was struggling to open the hands free door activator so I started helping her, but realized the door was locked. A group of employees were standing together talking so I waved to them that the door was locked. I thought maybe they didn’t realize it was locked. No, they made eye contact with both of us standing outside and continued to act like they didn’t see us. I knocked on the glass asking if they knew the door was locked and they just laughed. I’m still not understanding what’s happening and now there’s more than one of us standing outside. Someone else knocked, they again started laughing so I began filming what was happening. When I started filming, the girl that had been laughing started “posing” to mock the fact that she was being filmed. I cannot attach a video, but will happily send what I captured as it validates this entire review or Sephora please review your own security footage. Moments later, an employee came to the door and said there had been a power outage that’s why the door had been locked, but they were reopened now. This entire scenario could have been avoided with a sign on the door that said “Closed Power Out”, or even the COMMON COURTESY to just come to the door and explain what’s happening. Once they reopened for shopping, the 4 items I needed from that location because they were listed as in stock there online, were not in stock at all. I’m only happy there are so many other Sephora locations now I can avoid this one entirely.
