- DDDragongrl755 days ago5.0The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. There motto is every customer is family and that is the way they treat you. Every time I go in, I know I can trust them with my hair, skin, and nails. They do take walk-ins, but they stay pretty booked. You might have a little bit of a wait. I sent my mom to them after she broke her arm and leg and was wheelchair bound for a few months. She was thrilled. Said it was the best pedi and mani she has ever had. If you have "textured" hair ask for Jaylen or Logan. They don't do braids, but they do know how to take care of the curls.

She always makes my daughter feel special and heard now that she’s getting older (we’ve been going to Coco since she was 3, she’s 9 now). The rest of the staff as well are always super friendly and inclusive to clients that aren’t theirs as well. Great place to go all around!!

I was very impressed when I showed her how I wanted it, which was done by razor cut, that she asked for assistance from the gentleman, whom I'm very sorry I didn't catch his name, but who assisted her with my cut. I have been looking for someone to cut it just like they did. You guys both rock! Thank you. You should check this place out, Impulse, in Newburgh. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

- TDTracy DorschAug 4, 20265.0Kierra is a wonderful stylist. She listened to what I wanted and she did an amazing job. She even styled it great as I have wavy hair and everyone like to straighten it, which I do not always care for. I will continue to have Kierra as my stylist.
