I'd been getting my hair cut by a family member for years—talk about loyalty and guilt trips if I even thought about going elsewhere! But change finally happened, and thank goodness it led me to Miranda at Great Clips. Walking in, I was basically sweating bullets, convinced I'd walk out looking like a rejected 90s boy band member. Then Miranda hit me with that warm, welcoming smile—like she already knew I was about to be dramatic—and suddenly I was calm. She gave me a fantastic cut. 1000/10, would panic-attack again just to get her magic scissors. Highly recommend her! Next visit, Miranda was booked (popular for a reason), but she didn't leave me hanging. She said, 'Go see Savannah—she's newer, but trust me, she'll do just as amazing a job as I do.' Famous last words, right? Nope. Savannah stepped up like a pro. She nailed it so perfectly that I've been her loyal client for the last 7 or so years. Savannah isn't just my stylist anymore—she's basically adopted family. Like the cool daughter I never had (sorry to my biological kids). Every visit feels like therapy with better lighting and zero copay. We laugh, we catch up, I leave looking sharp and feeling like I just won the lottery. She puts me in the best mood possible—who needs coffee when you've got Savannah? Big shoutout to both Miranda and Savannah: you two are absolute gems. Amazing talent, even better people. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
