  I haven’t worn a full face of makeup since before the pandemic and went shopping looking for all new products to wear at an upcoming event. To be honest I was expecting to be totally overwhelmed and not find anything I liked - and I was pleasantly surprised to have the opposite experience! From when I first walked inside, Skiler was amazing at matching products to my skin tone and finding products from across different brands that would work well together. I felt like my specific makeup preferences were listened to, and Skiler answered all the basic “how do I do makeup again” questions I had, which I really appreciated! I also felt like the advice I received was honest, and that I was steered away from products that wouldn’t fit my needs / towards ones that would. My only complaint about this location was that some super-popular products were out of stock, which probably isn’t fully avoidable. This also might not be the best shopping experience for those who prefer to browse on their own and avoid having people talk to them - but since it’s such a large store, I found it helpful that people were around to answer questions and give recommendations.

  Bailey was amazing. She is very knowledgeable in skin care and she did not make me feel judged at all for not knowing about skin care routines.

  Friendly, helpful staff. They had what we were looking for. A little pricey, but that's to be expected.

  Love the staff, I go in there often so they should know my face. But then again they always get new staff! But the one's who've been there for a good minute know me. Always helpful and love to give recommendations. Their makeup all looks good.
